Shop owner Mano told that he uses two samosas to make one plate of chaat. Presenting good quality chaat to the people in low price. He told that people like the taste of chutney and peas. In the evening, the crowd of people coming to have breakfast in the shop increases. More than 300 plates of chaat are sold daily. They give a plate of chaat for Rs.20. In this way, 6,000 to 7,000 rupees are sold daily. After deducting all the expenses, the earning of about Rs 1.25 lakh is done comfortably every month.
