Its taste is such that people from all over the district come here to taste it. Along with this, people from nearby districts are also seen standing at the shop to eat Abdul Qayoom’s Matar Kulcha. Abdul Qayoom’s shop located in Alapur of Barabanki district has a different identity for Matar Kulche. In the year 1990, Abdul Qayoom started making Matar Kulcha in a small shop under thatch. Gradually his second generation has taken over this task.
According to the shopkeeper who deals in Matar Kulcha in Alapur of Barabanki district, there is a crowd at the shop since morning to eat Matar Kulcha. He told that the taste of Matar Kulcha is very good. The masala that is put inside the peas is crushed and ground with their hands. This is pure pure spice. Due to this people get the same test. It does not harm the eaters. It is a pleasure to eat it.
The shopkeeper told that our grandfather started selling Matar Kulcha in a small shop in 1990. That is what we are doing today. It is God’s blessing that even today people come to our place to eat Matar Kulcha and they get the same taste.
On the other hand, the customers who came to eat Matar Kulcha told that whenever they come to Barabanki, they definitely eat Abdul Kayul’s Matar Kulcha. It tastes good and the quality is also excellent.
