The owner of the shop, Vicky Kaul, told News18 Local that the people of his shop are very fond of Masala Chana. People come from far and wide to taste the taste of Masala Chana. The one who eats Masala Chana here once, he comes again and again. He sells 100 to 150 plates of Masala Chana daily. The cost of one plate of Masala Chana is Rs.10. People eat it with great enthusiasm. Along with this, they also pack it for home and take it away.

Vicky told that apart from masala chana, potato chops and samosas are also available at his shop. Its cost is six rupees. He told that most people come to his place to buy Masala Chana, which costs Rs 10 a plate. Regarding the process of making Masala Chana, he told that first of all the gram is washed thoroughly and boiled in water. Then a paste is made by mixing salt, turmeric, Kashmiri chili, coriander powder and chana masala. Mixing mustard oil in it, the gram is fried well and presented to the customer.

Vicky’s shop is open daily from 4 pm to 10 pm. Abhishek, a customer who came here to eat Masala Chana, told that the most delicious and tasty Masala Chana is made here. The answer to its taste is no.
