Megha Upadhyay / Indore. Ghanshyam Chaat Center located in Cloth Market of Indore is very famous for its big size Panipuri. Apart from this, their taste is also very tasty. This chaat center is so popular that for years old customers come here to enjoy Panipuri. Once one eats this Panipuri, he cannot stop himself from coming again.
Around 15,000 panipuris are sold daily at Ghanshyam Chaat Centre. For this, 65 liters of water is prepared by adding mint, cumin, dry mango powder and chillies. This shop is run by Ghanshyam Sharma and now his sons also help him.
This shop of Ghanshyam Sharma was started by his father Mishrilal ji Sharma 45 years ago, when he was very young. First of all Panipuri was served on this cart. From the very beginning, their specialty was that the size of Panipuri was kept slightly bigger than other shops, along with the taste, this one reason also makes it the special and oldest flavor of Indore.
Special care is taken of hygiene at this shop. Here Panipuri is made and fed by wearing gloves in the hands. A lot of cleanliness is also maintained around the utensils. The shop is small but it has been kept very simply. Here you can see each and every thing clearly and cleanly. Let us tell you that plastic plates will not be seen here, rather both made of leaves are used, which is traditional as well as in the interest of the environment.
Let us tell you that in other places like Dahipuri and Panipuri both have different rates, but at Ghanshyam Chaat House both the things are at the same price. Whether you eat Panipuri or Dahipuri. Both are available for Rs 20 per plate. Some time ago its price was only Rs 15, but in view of inflation, the price has been increased by Rs 5.
