Dholpur. Whenever there is talk of Kachori in Rajasthan, there is hardly anyone who can stop himself. The craze of Kachori in Dholpur is so much that the crowd is seen on the Kachori’s bags. One such Thiya is the Brijwasi Thela in front of Jaya Palace in the city. The taste of the Kachoris here is such that everyone has become crazy about it. Not only in the city, people from different places come here only to taste Brijwasi’s Kachoris. This cart of kachoris does not take a whole day but takes only a few hours.

Pawan, who runs this shortbread cart, said that he has been selling shortbread here for two years and people from far and wide reach here to eat his shortbread because of the taste. Pawan said, ‘In our place, potato chutney is put on top of the kachori by keeping it in two. On which a green chilli too. The taste becomes more wonderful. Kachori is given in both of them by mashing. Vegetables, sour chutney, raita, lemon juice are poured over it on demand and this taste makes most people crazy.

2 kachoris of Rs.20 are available at this stall of Pawan. Along with jalebi and bedai, raita is also given to enhance the taste. But despite this taste and reasonable price, the difficulty is that you will not get it throughout the day. From 6 am to 1 pm, under the NH-44 bridge, this Brijwasi Kachori stall is set up right in front of RAC and Jaya Palace. There is a crowd of hundreds of people here throughout the day.
