Along with dosa, you will also find fusion flavors of Meduvada here. Meduvada is common with sambar or chutney, but here you will get sandwich Meduvada. After frying in oil, it is cut in half and served with Chinese chutney and then it is revealed that it is filled with mayonnaise and Chinese noodles. People come to Ulhasnagar to try this vada sandwich. This vada sandwich is available for Rs.30 for two.

How did the idea of ​​so many flavors come about?

Interestingly, Bittu, a foodie, has a very old shop and initially his mother used to make dosa here. The story of Bittu Dosewale, who was hit by his unique taste, is very interesting.

Bittu, who learned to make dosas while helping his mother, got the idea that different flavors of dosas and vadas can be made. Bittu tried to make Chinese Meduvada. Bittu also told that now 500 Meduvadas are easily sold daily at his stall.

Talking about dosas, Bittu said, ‘Different spices are used in each variety of dosa. Not only this, he uses different spices like cabbage, onion, butter, mayonnaise, paneer, coriander. The enthusiasts who come here claim that if you like South Indian food, then you will be satisfied after coming here.
