This shop is 45 km away from Gopalganj district headquarter at a place named Bhore. In this shop Rasgulla is prepared from pure Chhena. Bhore Bazar of Gopalganj connects Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. Apart from Gopalganj, Rasgulla here goes to Siwan, Chhapra and other places including Deoria in UP.

Local people told that many sweet shops opened around Subhash Mishtan Bhandar. But no one could stand. Subhash Mishtan Bhandar has never compromised on quality in making Rasgulla since last 30 years. This is the oldest shop left in Bhore Bazar of Gopalganj. There is a crowd of people throughout the day to buy Rasgulla. Shopkeeper Subhash told that Rasgulla is prepared after extracting chhena from milk. Rasgulla is very tasty to eat and because of this the person who tastes it once, comes again and again to eat it. Also takes it home as well as for sending messages to your relatives.

Subhash told that he started this shop 30 years ago. At that time there were limited shops here. But now Bhore has taken the shape of a big market. Here Rasgulla is given for Rs 10 a piece and at the rate of Rs 200 per kg to the customers. Subhash told that farmers from rural areas deliver milk to prepare Chhena from milk. Two and a half to three quintals of milk is ordered daily. Simultaneously, milk is boiled on the fire and chhena is extracted. After this Rasgulla is prepared. 300 to 400 pieces of Rasgulla are sold daily. Subhash told that a business of about 4 thousand is done daily. While eating Rasgulla, Praveen Kumar told that the taste of Rasgulla here is very good. There is no complaint of any kind in the rasgulla here. People pack Rasgulla from here and take it far and wide.
