The child’s family says that the child was absolutely fine after getting the vaccine. But due to doctor’s negligence he died.

Types of diphtheria vaccines

There are three types of vaccines that protect against diphtheria:

DTAP: A combination vaccine that protects against diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis. It is given to infants and children below 7 years of age.

TDAP: A combination vaccine that protects against tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis. It is given to older children and adults.

TD: A combination vaccine that protects against tetanus and diphtheria.
