The advantage of studying from a good institute is that as soon as you complete your studies, you get a job and that too of your choice. This wish of the students of IIM Mumbai has been fulfilled.

The final season of IIM Campus Placement (Placement of IIM Mumbai) has been completed. This time a world famous company has given a maximum annual package of Rs 54 lakh. This time the placement season started from November 25.

Microsoft has given a record maximum package of Rs 54 lakh per annum in IIM Mumbai. Apart from this, Coca-Cola has offered a total industry leading internship stipend of Rs 5 lakh for a two-month summer internship programme.

78 companies participated, offered placements

This year, 78 companies from India and abroad reached IIM Mumbai Placement Season 2025. Students received a total of 373 offers. Famous companies like Accenture, Amazon, Microsoft and Coca-Cola were prominent among the companies that reached the placement.

Accenture gave 41 offers in the placement

Final Placement While Microsoft made the biggest offer of Rs 54 lakh per annum, Accenture made 41 offers in placement. Highest offer given by one company. In the summer placement process for the batch of 2026, Accenture Strategy & Consulting gave the highest number of internship offers to 37 students. Whereas Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited has given internship offers to 14 students, ITC to 11 and Amazon to 13 students. The internship is for a period of two months.

Twenty new employers including Off Business, Praxis Global, Godrej Properties Limited, Alvarez & Marshall, Vodafone Idea and ZS visited the campus this year. The average salary for the top 10 per cent of the batch was Rs 48 lakh per annum, while for the top 50 per cent of the batch it was Rs 35 lakh per annum. The average stipend in placements saw an increase of 15 percent.
