He is also satisfied because of having his own business. Jyoti Tiwari told that her father does not know that she is doing this work but her mother definitely knows. His sister lives in Lucknow, so together with her, he has set up a handcart named Purvanchal Special Fast Food near Government Industrial Training Institute in Aliganj.
He told that apart from Purvanchal Chaat, they also have Momos, Golgappas and Maggi. Soon she is also going to start Chai Pakora. When asked about the price, he told that Purvanchal Chaat costs Rs.20. Whereas Batashe is 5 in 10 ₹. Momos are 6 pieces for Rs.20. Also told that the people of Lucknow are liking the Chaat of Purvanchal the most.
This is how Purvanchal Chaat is made
Jyoti Tiwari told that to make Purvanchal Chaat, onions and tomatoes are first roasted well, then chaat masala is added along with standing spices and ground spices. Then it is made after mixing potato tikki and adding chickpeas and curd.
