Sugar free laddoos are available at British era shop, special for diabetes patients

Abhilash Mishra / Indore, In today’s run-of-the-mill world, diabetes has become very common among people. From the youth to the old people, the disease of sugar has become home. In such a situation, even if you feel like eating sweets, you have to convince yourself to avoid it. Ravi Alpahar, an old British-era shop in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, has made sugar-free laddoos from dry fruits for diabetics. Sugar patients can also eat this special ladoo to their heart’s content and fulfill their desire to eat sweets.

The owner of the shop, Priyansh Rodwal, said that nowadays every third or fourth person is suffering from diabetes. In such a situation, sugar patients want to eat sweets, but due to diabetes, they are not able to do so. Many such customers keep coming to our shop, who look at the sweets from a distance with greedy eyes, but at the end, they get the Kachori or any other salty packed and taken away. He said that when we wanted to know, we came to know that due to sugar disease, many customers are unable to eat sweets even after having a desire to eat them. Keeping this in mind, we have made sugar free laddoos with dry fruits. There is a lot of demand for it. Everyday a large number of people come to our shop and take sugar free laddoos with dry fruits.

Priyansh told that our grandfather Motilal ji had laid the foundation of this shop in the year 1921. Earlier only Kachori and Poha were made. But now specially keeping in view the increasing number of sugar patients, we have made these dry fruit sugar free laddoos. A large quantity of dates, lots of cashews, almonds and raisins are added to it. This laddu is amazing in taste. Along with this, it is also very beneficial for health. We have made this sugar free ladoo after taking doctor’s advice. Doctors themselves also recommend it.
