Bread crumbs – 1 cup
Oil – for frying
salt – as per taste

How to make Suji Corn Tikki
To make Suji Corn Tikki, first cut finely pieces of onion, capsicum and green chillies. Now take sweet corn and put it in a mixer jar and grind it coarsely. After this, put a cup of water in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the water becomes hot, add semolina, coarsely ground corn, finely chopped onion, capsicum and mix it.

After this, mix 3 tsp oil, chili flakes and salt as per taste. After this increase the flame of the gas and keep stirring it well so that no lumps remain.
