Ingredients to make Suji Manchurian

For Semolina Balls
Semolina – 1 bowl
Turmeric – 1 pinch
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Onion – 1
Capsicum – 1/2
Oil
salt – as per taste

to make gravy
Tomato sauce – 2 tsp
Soya sauce – 1 tsp
Schezwan Chutney – 2 tsp
Onion – 2
Capsicum – 1
Green chili – 2
Arrowroot – 1 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Garlic finely chopped – 5 cloves
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Oil
salt – as per taste

How to make Suji Manchurian
To make Suji Manchurian full of taste, first of all, Manchurian balls have to be prepared. For this chop onion and capsicum. Now put oil in a pan and fry onions and capsicum in it. During this, keep the gas flame low. When the onion and capsicum become soft, add turmeric, red chili powder and a little salt to it, mix and cook for some more time. After this, add semolina to it and mix and fry the mixture well.

Pour water in the pan as needed and after a while turn off the gas. Now make round balls from the prepared mixture. Fry these balls well and take them out in a utensil when they become golden brown. Dry Suji Manchurian is ready. To make Manchurian gravy, heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped onions, garlic, capsicum, green chilies and fry for 3-4 minutes. After the vegetables become soft, add black pepper powder, red chili powder and all the sauces and chutneys and mix.

After stirring the gravy for some time, add arrowroot in it and let it cook. Keep in mind that arrowroot has to be dissolved in water and diluted. When the gravy starts boiling, put the prepared dry Manchurian balls in it and mix well. Now cook Suji Manchurian for 2-3 more minutes and then turn off the gas. Flavorful Suji Manchurian is ready.
