Ingredients for making Belpatra and Tulsi powder sukdi

Ragi flour – 150 grams
Bajra flour – 150 grams
Belpatra powder – 25 grams
Basil leaves powder – 15 grams
Ginger powder – 1 teaspoon
Cardamom powder – ½ teaspoon
Ghee – 150 grams
Desi jaggery – 150 grams
Gum – 25 grams
Sesame seeds – 2 tbsp

Method of making Sukdi
-First of all heat ghee in a pan.
-Then add gum, ragi flour and millet flour and fry it well.
-Now add basil powder, belpatra powder and ginger powder and mix the mixture well.
-After this add grated jaggery or jaggery powder.
-On the other hand, apply ghee in a dish and spread this mixture.
-Garnish with sesame seeds on top and let it cool for some time.
-That’s it, the sukdi of Belpatra and Tulsi powder is ready. After it cools down, cut it into desired small pieces and serve.
