State PHED Minister cum BJP MLA Neeraj Kumar Singh Bablu has given his reaction to the statement of Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha and Congress leader Rahul Gandhi raising questions on the caste census. The BJP leader said that Rahul Gandhi does not know anything about the country and Bihar. In fact, there was a Grand Alliance government in Bihar when the caste census was conducted.
