People who recently ordered food from Swiggy were caught with fake 2000 notes, but people are liking it too.

These days people are sharing photos of their fake 2000 (Swiggy Farzi promotion 2000 rupees note) notes on Twitter. Many people shared the pictures and wrote that the note is fake but they are finding it amazing. Actually, this is not a new method of trickery or cheating, it is a marketing technique of the company which it is adopting for the promotion of a web series.

Fake note issued for promotion of web series
Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor and South’s superstar Vijay Sethupathi have recently released a web series on the OTT platform Amazon Prime called ‘Farzi web series’. This web series is based on the business of making fake notes. In such a situation, when there was an agreement between Swiggy and Fergie for promotion, Swiggy found an amazing way to promote the web series. They are handing out fake 2000 notes related to fake movies to their customers.
‘Fake’ note looks like real
Shahid Kapoor’s face has been made on this note instead of Mahatma Gandhi. Vijay Sethupathi’s photo is also visible on some notes. Bank of Instamart has been written in place of Reserve Bank, while Swiggy’s logo has been placed in place of RBI logo. The logo of Prime Video is also visible below. It is written in small letters at the bottom of the note that this is not a currency, it has been made only because of promotion. Information about an offer from Swiggy and Instamart has also been given on the back side of the note. People have praised the marketing method of Swiggy and Amazon Prime on tweeting their notes.
