Actress Jennifer Mistry Bansiwal, who plays the character of Roshan Sodhi in the show, had filed a case of mental and sexual harassment against producer Asit Kumar Modi some time ago. Now Jennifer has won in this case.

According to a report in E Times, the show’s producer Asit Kumar Modi has been found guilty in this case. In such a situation, now he has received an order to pay the outstanding amount and compensation of Rs 5 lakh to Jennifer Mistry.
But Jennifer Mistry is not happy with this decision. The actress said that ‘this decision is in my favor, I have given strong evidence for the allegations made. I had filed a complaint against all three of them, but no action was taken against them by Mumbai Police till 1st July. Then I appealed to the Maharashtra government and now I have got a person. Asit Kumar Modi has been ordered to pay me my dues and extra compensation for deliberately withholding my payment, which totals to around Rs 25-30 lakh.
The actress further said, ‘The decision on this case had come on February 15 itself, but I was forbidden to bring it before the media. Now it has been more than 40 days and I have not received my due amount yet. Even after being proven guilty, no punishment has been given to the accused.

Let us tell you that Jennifer Mistry Bansiwal had told that on the day of Holi, the show’s producer Asit Modi, project head Sohail Ramani and executive producer Jatin Bajaj had misbehaved with her. That day, these three had deliberately kept the actress on the set for a long time. After everyone left, all three misbehaved with Jennifer. Because of this she became very upset. Due to which she got upset.
On these allegations of the actress, Asit Modi had defended himself by saying that Jennifer was not paying attention to her work at all. Complaints were being made against him every day from the production. Even on the last day of the shoot, he abused a lot on the set.
