Supreme Court on Abortion: The country’s highest court has used the extraordinary powers given under the constitution to save a child growing in a womb. The 20-year-old girl had sought permission to abort the unwanted pregnancy. On this matter, AIIMS (AIIMS) advised not to do abortion.
