WhatsApp : The Government of India is taking steps to stop online fraud. Telecom Minister Ashwini Vaishnav told that he is actively associated with WhatsApp to prevent fraud. The minister said on Tuesday that Meta-owned WhatsApp has agreed to deregister mobile numbers from its messaging service, which have been found to be fraudulent. Mobile service of such numbers had already been disconnected.
