Dibrugarh Jailor Arrested: Superintendent of Dibrugarh Central Jail, Assam, Nipen Das has been arrested on Friday (08 March). The jailer has been accused of helping Amritpal Singh and his associates belonging to the radical organization Waris Punjab De.
