A heart-wrenching incident has come to light from Delhi’s Badarpur police station area. Three attackers kept tattooing a young man Keshav alias Kake with a knife in public. Kake kept pleading with the people to save him, but the people remained onlookers. No one came forward to save the young man. The young man died on the spot in agony.
