UCC Uniform Civil Code: Uttarakhand has become the first state to implement Uniform Civil Code in the country. Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Singh Dhami announced this and gave information about it. After the implementation of UCC, a similar law has come into force for people of all castes and religion except the tribal community. Especially in cases like marriage and divorce, the laws of different religions will no longer be valid in Uttarakhand.
