Indian Council of Medical Research ICMR says Avoid fruit juices, soft drinks, tea and coffee consumption

Sweetening your mouth after a meal has been a part of Indian tradition. Be it sweets or chocolates, milkshakes or fruit juices… sweet tea to drive away lethargy or the sweetness of sugar dissolved in bitter coffee. Or sugarcane juice in summers.
