The district known for the heroic story of Rani of Jhansi has created another history. This history has been made by building a special library here. Asia’s first government district library has been renovated here, which has got Net Zero certification. This building has been rebuilt by Jhansi Development Authority. The authority applied for Net Zero certification in June 2024 and in October the IFC team inspected and verified the set standards. International Finance Corporation (IFC), an organization of the World Bank, has given this certificate on low carbon emissions.…
