Plane Crashed In Afghanistan: The plane crashed in Badakhshan, Afghanistan. Afghanistan media claimed that the plane was Indian and had flown from India to Russia. However, the Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) denied the claim of being an Indian aircraft.
