Albin Shinto: Albin Shinto, a student from Kerala, is feared to have drowned while swimming in the Jugla Canal in Riga, the capital of Latvia. One of his group of five friends said that they all went swimming in the Jugla Canal on July 18, 2024 at around 6 pm. During this, Albin Shinto suddenly disappeared in the waves of water.
