Muharram 2024: According to the Islamic calendar, the first month of Muharram is going on. Today is the fifth day of the month of Muharram and now there are five more days left for the day of Ashura, the day when Imam Hussain was martyred along with his 71 companions in Karbala, Iraq, after starving and thirsting for three days.
