Sandeshkhali Ex MLA Bail from Calcutta High Court: Calcutta High Court on Tuesday (27 February) granted unconditional bail to former CPM MLA Nirapad Sardar. During this, the court said that the state should be ashamed of the indecency and torture done to the leader for 17 days. Apart from this comment, the court suggested that the policemen involved should be immediately arrested. The court said that the complaint on the basis of which Sardar was arrested was lodged on February 10. The police had prepared the FIR a day before.…
