Expansion Farmer Ramsakal Yadav (50), accused of attempt to culpable homicide, died during a raid on Wednesday morning in Chari village of Bansgaon area of Gorakhpur district. It is alleged that during the escape, the constables kicked him while chasing, due to which he fell down and lost his life. Whereas, the police have denied kicking.
