Rishabh Pant Ruled Out IPL 2023: Indian cricket team’s wicket-keeper batsman and IPL franchise Delhi Capitals captain Rishabh Pant has been ruled out of IPL 2023. This was confirmed by Delhi Capitals Director of Cricket Sourav Ganguly. Pant was badly injured in a car accident on 30 December last month.
