India has launched a major scholarship initiative for students from the Indo-Pacific region. Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced this plan after the Quad summit held in Wilmington, Delaware. US President Joe Biden, Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese and Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida also attended the meeting.
