Taliban Leaders Arrest Warrant: The International Criminal Court (ICC) has said to issue arrest warrants against Taliban Supreme Leader Haibatullah Akhundzada and Chief Justice of “Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan” Abdul Hakim Haqqani.
