Tata Play Removes Sony Channels: DTH service provider Tata Play has started removing Sony Pictures Network India’s channels from its packs citing low viewership. Sony Pictures Network India (SPNI) has opposed the move and called it an ‘arbitrary’ decision. Tata Play (formerly Tata Sky) has started removing SPNI channels from its various channel packs.
