The world’s largest diamond has been found in Botswana, South Africa. A 2492 carat diamond has been found in the Cairo mine of a Canadian company named Lucara Diamond. This diamond is the largest diamond found so far after the 3016 carat diamond found in South Africa in 1905. This Caro mine is located 500 kilometers away from Gaberon, the capital of Botswana. This is the same mine in which the 1758 carat Sewelo Diamond was found in 2019. That diamond was bought by the French fashion company Louis Vuitton.…
