Shahjahan’s Urs will be organized at Taj Mahal from February 6 to 8. A meeting was held between the committees and officials related to Shahjahan Urs. The three-day Urs at Taj Mahal will begin with the Gusl ritual on Tuesday. After this Fatihakhwani and Mushaira will be organised.
Taj Mahal Urs Committee Chairman Syed Ibrahim Zaidi said that the main mausoleum containing the original tombs of Shahjahan and Mumtaz will be opened at 2 pm for Ghusl. Then the committee members will perform the rituals. After this, pilgrims and other pilgrims will be able to enter the Taj for free till evening. Even on Wednesday, entry into the Taj will be free after 2 pm. Entry will be free all day on Thursday. Colorful sheets will also be presented on the same day.
Syed Ahmed Bukhari’s Urs till 8th
Dargah Hazrat Syed Ahmed Bukhari Shah Rah. The 434th Urs (religious events on the birth anniversary) of Aaliyah will begin from Tuesday. Urs will be organized from February 6 to February 8 at the Dargah located at the East Gate of Taj Mahal. Committee vice-chairman Moeen said that Milad-Sharif will be organized on February 6 at 8:30 pm, Qawwali on February 7 at 9 pm, and Kul Sharif on February 8. Harish Jhilani, SP Singh, Tarachand Maloniya, Asif Ali etc. were present in the arrangement committee meeting on Monday.
