The special thing is that the white sauce and red sauce here are quite different from pasta. Simply put, it is a desi style spicy pasta, which is cooked in a desi style. This special pasta is prepared here in a big pan. After its formation, it becomes a complete cell in 20 minutes. After which the work of rebuilding it starts.

First of all pasta is put in the pan. Salt, special spices, chutney, capsicum, oregano and chili flakes are put on it. Then the pasta is fried with this material till it becomes light golden. The aunt who makes this keeps on stirring the pasta very fast. After preparation, this pasta is served with mayonnaise topping. Talking about the price of ‘Aunty’s Pasta’, it is available for half plate for Rs.50 and full plate for Rs.70.
