Chana Dal (soaked) – 1.5 cups
Onion – 1
Garlic – 3-4 cloves
Green chili – 2
Carom seeds – 1/2 tsp
Green coriander leaves – 3-4 tbsp
oil – as required
salt – as per taste

How to make Bafouri
To make Bafouri full of taste and nutrition, first clean the chana dal. After this wash it with water and then soak it and keep it for 3-4 hours. After the fixed time, grind the dal in a mixer jar and prepare the paste. Put the prepared paste in a big vessel. After this, crush garlic and green chillies and grind them coarsely.
