No matter what the occasion, people do not forget to eat samosa. The craze for samosas can be seen everywhere. One such shop is located in Lakhisarai, on the banks of NH-80, in Dariapur.
This shop is 50 years old. Even today, delicious samosas are available cheaply here. The special thing is that the father-son duo makes such tasty samosas that food lovers themselves get drawn here. Despite being a rural area, daily 1000 pieces of samosas are sold here. Chutney and chickpeas with samosa doubles its taste. People passing through this route must stop here and eat samosas.
Taste intact for 50 years
The owner of the shop Shiv Saav said that he has been selling samosas at this place for 50 years. Told that 50 years ago people were fed samosas for Re 1. Now feeding samosas at Rs 7 per piece. Even after 50 years, the same taste of samosa remains intact. People are fed good quality samosas.
Selling more than 1000 pieces daily
Told that while making samosas, oil is used at a limited level. This is the reason why more than one thousand pieces of samosas are sold daily. People from all over Lakhisarai come here to eat samosas. Keep in mind that minimum spices should be used in potatoes. The plainer the potato spices are, the better the taste.
Annual turnover of more than 20 lakhs
His son Sachin Kumar also supports Shiv Sav. Sachin told that for making samosa, only home-prepared spices are used, due to which the taste emerges. Chutney and chickpeas are also served with samosas. Told that as soon as the shop opens, customers start coming to eat samosas, so they start preparing three hours before the shop opens. Told that the annual turnover of this shop is more than Rs 20 lakh. The whole family runs this samosa shop together.
