Gulab Chand, the owner of the shop, told Local 18 Jharkhand that this shop was started 30 years ago by his father and his friend Ramamurthy. Presently he is running this shop. Sambhar Vada is available at his shop for Rs.30. In which the customer enjoys Sambhar, Chutney and Salad with two pieces of Vada.

Customers love this chutney

Regarding the process of making vada, Gulabchand told that first of all good quality urad dal is prepared by grinding it on stone. Then the batter is prepared and the vada is fried in hot oil. Then after cooling the Vada, sambhar, almond chutney and different spices are added and served to the customer.

The shop remains open till 9 pm

Shopkeeper Gulabchand told that 200 pieces of Sambhar Vada are sold daily at his shop. At the same time, he keeps his shop open daily from 12:00 noon to 9:00 pm. Aditya, a customer who came to eat Sambhar Vada at the shop, told that the Vada here is very soft and tasty. Along with this, the taste of almond chutney is also very good.
