After the launch of the Air Train, air passengers can reach T3 and T2 in a few minutes without getting stuck in traffic jams. The total length of the route of this Air Train will be 7.7 km and it will stop at just four stops Terminal 1, T2/3, Aerocity and Cargo City. According to the information, the target has been set to complete this project by the end of the year 2027. DIAL has also issued a tender for this project and it is likely that the bidding process for the tender will also start by October-November. The total cost of this entire project is said to be around Rs 2,000 crore.
