Who would not like to eat the best Kulfi in this season. Especially children love to eat cold Kulfi. Just hearing the name of Kesar, Almond, Cashew, Pistachio Kulfi makes one want to eat it. People have been crazy about the Kulfi sold at Hamid Gate in Rampur for 40 years.

Actually, seeing this Kulfi will remind you of your childhood. When we used to run out to eat Kulfi on hearing the sound of the bell outside the house. The creamy milk Kulfi is taken out of the ice and served to the children. Its taste is such that once you take it in your hand, you can eat it in one go.

Shopkeeper Lalman says that he has completed 40 years of selling Kulfi at Hamid Gate. 40 years ago he started selling Kulfi for 1 and 2 rupees. Today he is selling Kulfi for 10 rupees. Shopkeeper Lalman says that people from nearby villages and villages also come to him to eat milk Kulfi. Talking about the timing of this stall, it remains open from 11 am to 9 pm.

Milk is boiled in an iron pan and stirred on low flame and stirred frequently. When the milk thickens properly, add sugar and almonds to it. After this, cook the milk for some more time until the sugar dissolves. When the milk turns into a creamy base for kulfi, it is frozen by adding crushed ice and salt in a cold tin box and placing the kulfi moulds in it.
