In one such video, the groom surprised the family members including the sister-in-law in such a way that even the elders of the fellow baraatis could not stop laughing and clapping. There is a scene of wedding rituals in the video in which a girl who seems to be the groom’s sister-in-law is trying to feed Gulab Jamun to the groom. But seeing the groom’s agility, everyone there is surprised as well as unable to stop laughing.
It is common in Hindu weddings in India that there is some kind of competition or a fun attempt to prove oneself better between the groom and his sisters-in-law on some issue or the other. In the viral video, a girl tries to feed Gulab Jamun to the groom i.e. brother-in-law. Usually this is not a competition of any kind. But sometimes, as a joke, the sister-in-law does not let the brother-in-law eat Gulab Jamun.
But it seems that the groom had come to this wedding fully prepared and had thought of all the tricks and he probably did not want to give any kind of chance to his sister-in-law. In the video shared on the X forum, at first it seems that the groom is hesitant to eat Gulab Jamun, but suddenly he shows agility and quickly eats the Gulab Jamun by catching it in his mouth.
