The old buildings often have a tag of frightening, ghosts, or scary space. In such a situation, if the use of the building has stopped, it is all natural. Similar stories were being made with a building. Then the government decided to demolish it. But when an explorer saw it and shared the pictures, a different story of this building was once a morgue.

The building was part of a hospital
A deserted building was closed in 2010 next to St. Luke Hospital in Bradford, West Yorkshire. In the 1870s it was opened as the new Bradford Union Workhouse, with 350 poor people living and there was a large hospital equipped with limited medical equipment at that time. But who knew that soon the fate of a horror building is going to be the title.

Efforts to build a historic building failed
In 1898, the site was re -opened as Cleveland Asylum i.e. a mental institution. Later, this institute was closed, but the building kept getting dilapidated alone, which no one took care of. Despite being immersed in history, efforts were made to list the building in 1995 and 2009, but they all failed. This empty has been deserted since 2010.

Decision to end the building
Alam became that complaints like theft, barbarity, arson started coming about this building. Soon the local council planned to end this building. But before the bulldozer climbed the building, Explorer Ben James took pictures inside the building. After this, he revealed about the place and building and said that these places do not look scary, just quiet.

It was bad
After knowing the news of the end, James thought of going there once. People started believing that this place is ghost, but they forget that the people coming here had already died. The morgue was being used since 1970 and closed around 2010. In addition to many death certificates and morgue cards in the pictures, the corridors were also filled with garbage. It was clear that the interiors along with the building were also shabby.

Since 1915, St. Luke Hospital came under control of the war office and at the end of World War I had 1,700 beds. With the onset of World War II, the hospital joined the Emergency Medical Service in 1939. About 192 seriously injured soldiers were brought directly to the hospital from the beaches of Dunkark. But gradually this story was also lost.
