Vandana, the owner of this cafe, told Local 18 that one day she was ordering such local food to eat after seeing the reels on social media, but was not able to get such a dish anywhere. In such a situation, a thought came to mind that people usually go to eat at dhabas etc. or on the highways outside Jodhpur for this kind of food, so why not provide them such facilities in their own city. That’s why I planned this cafe and now when people come, they enjoy the local food a lot. You will see this cafe near the fruit market in Ratanada.

If you go to this cafe, you will get to eat Maize Roti, Khoba Roti, Rabodi Sabzi, Dhokla, Papad Sabzi, Kadi, Gud Sogra, Dal Bati, Lassan Chutney, Kadipuri, Spinach Dhokla, Labasi, Dal Dhokli and other local foods. You will get them for the same and you will get their taste in the same traditional manner, which will remind you of your village or home.
