Uttam Kumar, a shopkeeper selling Aloo Chaap, told Local 18 that he has been setting up his shop near District Top Library in Mahagama for the last 8 years. His daily income from this shopkeeping is between Rs 600 to Rs 800. Uttam also told that he makes Aloo Chaap from pea gram flour and prepares potato masala from homemade spices, in which green chillies, garlic and ginger are specially used.
