He has some secrets, using which he looks much younger than his age and he claims that he is reversing his genetic clock.

According to the report of South China Morning Post, a 40-year-old Japanese man named Daisuke Hori has made a different theory of his own. Hori, who lives in Hyogo, runs his own startup and is fond of music, painting as well as mechanical designing. According to Hori, to double his age, he sleeps only for 30 minutes a day. He says that now his brain has also been trained in this way and he works well even on less sleep and he does not get tired. He has been following this routine for the last 12 years and has increased his waking time much more than his sleeping time.

In 2016, Hori founded the Japan Short Sleepers Training Association and he teaches people about sleep and health. Hori was followed for 3 days in a Japanese reality show and he actually woke up with full energy after sleeping for just 26 minutes. Hori’s followers say that they also reduced their sleep from 8 hours to 1.5 hours and this showed amazing changes in their body. However, doctors say that this lifestyle is not good for everyone and it can have side effects.
