The reason is that it takes a long process to make it. Let us know how it is made.

Shopkeeper Rakesh Kumar Gupta said that this is a 30-year-old shop. A special pakora is available here, which is known as Girvach or Rikvach. It is very famous. People from other districts also come to eat it. A long process has to be followed to make it. Its taste is completely different and amazing from other pakoras.

Make homemade Girwachh Pakoras
The shopkeeper told that to prepare Girwach pakoras, first soak the gram lentils overnight. Then grind it the next morning using a grinding stone or machine. Then add spices like salt, green chillies, black pepper, turmeric, coriander, garlic and ginger and mix it. The spicy prepared gram flour is wrapped on large leaves of arui/arbi. Then the leaves are placed on top of it and the gram flour is wrapped. This is done four to five times and it is folded and made longer. After this, it is boiled in water for a long time. After boiling, it is kept aside to cool down a bit. Then it is cut in the shape of a pakora. After this, it is fried in mustard oil. Now it is completely ready to eat. Its price is ₹8 per piece.
