Restaurant owner Sudhir Gupta says that Bomb Curry is a wonderful dish prepared from potatoes, vegetables and butter, which was started by our father years ago.
This bomb curry is made in a special way because it is prepared by putting frozen butter and vegetables in a big size kofta. Bomb curry is prepared by frying in desi ghee with gravy of pure spices, hence the taste of this bomb curry is excellent. Sudhir Gupta tells that four people can easily taste this unique dish. And even today, a huge crowd of people from politicians to celebrities gather here to eat this unique dish.

Sudhir Gupta tells that there was a time when Jaipur was a new settlement and there were not many restaurants and hotels here. There were only a few restaurants and since then the taste of our restaurants has been so amazing and it is amazing even today. Three Chief Ministers of the state and many Union Ministers have tasted the delicious dishes prepared here and they liked it very much.

Sudhir Gupta says that apart from Bomb Curry dish, Masala Paneer, Spinach Corn, Urad Dal, Gulab Jamun, Samosa, Rasmalai, Churma Dal Bati are very famous here, people come from far and wide to taste them.
