After covering a distance of about 175 kilometers on foot from Benipatti-Madhubani on October 16, CPI(ML) Mithilanchal’s ‘Badlo Bihar Nyay Yatra’ reached Patailiya in Vibhutipur on Wednesday evening. After which, a resolution was taken to carry forward the legacy of the famous communist leader and former MLA Ramdev Verma by garlanding his statue located at his birthplace and workplace.

A huge farmer dialogue was also organized on the occasion. The program was presided over by ML Central Committee member cum former MLA Manju Prakash. District Secretary of Kisan Mahasabha Lalan Kumar and CPI(ML) Block Secretary Ajay Kumar took turns in conducting the operations. While addressing the gathering, CPI(ML) Politburo member Dhirendra Jha said that due to the increasing population, the central and state governments should set up new industries, but this was not done.
