Atish Gupta told about the recipe that to make Papdi Chaat, first of all take onion, potatoes, coriander, tomato, lemon, home-made special masala, prepared papdi, sweet date chutney, green chutney, sour chutney, It is prepared by mixing peanuts, coarse sev and fine sev. Daily earning of Rs 5000
Atish Gupta, a resident of Kolkata, says that he earns more than Rs 5000 per day. The price of a plate of Papdi Chaat is Rs 40, while the price of Sevpuri is Rs 30. Every day 200 to 250 plates are sold from his shop. Due to the shop being near Bhabhua block headquarters, a good sale is also done. People from all over the district come here for their work and leave after eating papdi chaat.
